This table goes through seven problems to could occur during filming and the solutions to those problems. These issues are the ones I think are most likely to happen during production and are the most important to solve.   Potential problems   Solutions    Camera dies mid filming  or on the way to the location.    To avoid this from happening, we can check the camera’s charge, put the camera on charge before filming and bring spare batteries to the location for  emergencies.    Location is busy or not available   We can try to work around the people and find a more isolated spot to film or we can  reschedule  to film another day when it is less busy or available .     One of the crew is not available for the shoot   We will try to shoot without them if it is possible but if    they are  essential to the filming then we will have to  reschedule  or find a temporary replacement. ...

This is a call sheet which the cast and crew sign when they enter the set and leave the set. This makes it easier to keep track of who is on set at what time and when they are needed.
