Contingency plan

This table goes through seven problems to could occur during filming and the solutions to those problems. These issues are the ones I think are most likely to happen during production and are the most important to solve.  

Potential problems	Solutions
Camera dies mid filming or on the way to the location.	To avoid this from happening, we can check the camera’s charge, put the camera on charge before filming and bring spare batteries to the location for emergencies.
Location is busy or not available	We can try to work around the people and find a more isolated spot to film or we can reschedule to film another day when it is less busy or available.
One of the crew is not available for the shoot	We will try to shoot without them if it is possible but if  they are essential to the filming then we will have to reschedule or find a temporary replacement.
One of the actors get sick or is injured	If one of the actors gets sick, then we will try to reschedule but if it is impossible for them to work at all, due to sickness or injury, then we will have to find a replacement.
Running short on time at the location	Before a day shooting, we will have a plan of what scenes will be shot during the day so we know exactly what we are shooting and how long it will take.
Weather issues	If the weather is to the extent to which we cannot shoot on that day, then we will have to reschedule to when the weather reports say the weather is acceptable.
Microphone issues	If the microphone breaks or is not useable, then we will combat this problem by bringing spares, so we are not left without a microphone.
